Chocolate Caramel Jicama Loaf



Ingredients:

1 pkg Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 egg

1 pkg Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp Caramel dip

1/2 cup fine grated jicama (water must be squeezed out - fluff it back up)

1/2 tsp caramel extract

Mix together 1 pkg Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake and 1/2 tsp baking powder. In second bowl beat 1/2 egg, add 1 tbsp Caramel dip, 1/2 cup fine grated jicama (water must be squeezed out - fluff ), and 1/2 tsp caramel extract.

Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into a parchment lined mini loaf pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
